2017 (REDSHIRT JUNIOR):
• Started all 53 games for the Hilltoppers, moving between center field and first base.
• Tied for the team lead with 73 hits, batting .356 with 54 runs and 33 RBI.
• Recorded 11 doubles, five triples and five home runs.
• Led the team with 18 stolen bases on 25 attempts.
• Went 4-for-4 with three runs at Lubbock Christian.
 
2016 TEXAS TECH (JUNIOR):
• Did not appear for the Red Raiders.
 
2015 TEXAS TECH (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 13 games, making four starts…batted .320 with five runs, two doubles and four RBI.
 
2014 FRANK PHILLIPS CC (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 53 games, batting .401 with 18 doubles, nine home runs and 45 RBI…also scored 51 runs and stole nine bases…hit three home runs in one game against Blinn JC…named first-team all-conference and first-team all-region.

PREP: Lettered three seasons for head coach Brian Jones at Dallas Jesuit High School…batted over .300 with three home runs as he was named first-team all-district his senior season.
 
PERSONAL: William Michael Hairston was born Aug. 18, 1995…son of Jim Hairston…has three siblings: Mary Alice, Emily, and James...plans to major in business finance.
