2015 (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE): Appeared in all 20 matches, starting 19 of them and logging 1,700 minutes of action…tallied two goals and dished out three assists on 17 shots…scored the game-winning goal in double overtime at Rogers State (10/3)…also scored the game-winner versus Texas A&M-International (10/29)… helped lead a defense that allowed just 0.48 goals per contest…the team also tallied 10 shutouts during the year.
 
2014 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN) Sat out due to transfer rule.
 
2013 SOLENT UNIVERSITY (FRESHMAN): Redshirted season for Southampton Solent University.
 
PREP: Played as a central defender in Southampton, England…represented Fareham & Gosport Schools…awarded player of the season for Fareham & Gosport…represented Southampton FC Academy eight years…soccer team captain for Crofton Secondary School…earned sportsman of the year for Crofton Schools (2006, 2007, 2010)… awarded Crofton School Colors…member of Wessex League Winners, Portsmouth Cup Winners, Heerenveen Cup Winners…28 career Cup Final Wins.
 
PERSONAL: Owain James Hoskins was born on Jan. 9, 1994…son of Tony Hoskins and Claire Hill of Southampton, England…has five siblings: Iain (39), Katie (34), David (33), Joe (20) and Bethan (16)…majoring in communications…his hobbies include music, sports and Spanish bull fighting…his biggest athletic thrill was scoring a hat-trick for Southampton FC Academy against West Ham United.
