Freshman (2012): During her first season with the Hilltoppers she played in 11 matches …played in a total of 221 minutes… totaled two assists on the year… assists came against UT-Permian Basin (9/20) and Newman (9/27)…recorded two total shots on the year with one on goal.
 
Club: State champions on her club team (Challenge SC) in four out of five years (2007, 2008, 2009, 2011)…ECNL Nationals in 2011.

Prep: Competed on the soccer team at Cypress Ridge High School…awarded the most valuable player in consecutive years (2009, 2010)…was a member of the National Honor Society, the French National Honor Society, and Student Council.

Personal: Jackie Nataly Martinez was born on June 19, 1994…daughter of Doroteo and Mariana Martinez of Houston, Texas…has one sibling: Adrian (14)…a biology major at St. Edward’s…enjoys reading, volunteering at nursing homes, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), and homeless shelters…going to nationals has been her biggest athletic thrill.
