Biography

Sophomore (Johnson County (Kan.) CC) (2012-13): Played and started all 32 games for Johnson County CC in her second season…earned NJCAA third-team and WBCA honorable mention All-American…also selected first-team All-Region VI and honorable mention All-East Jayhawk Conference honors…finished second on the team scoring 10.8 points and grabbing 6.1 rebounds…scored in double figures 17 times…finished ranked third in the conference shooting 55 percent from the field…was JCCC’s leading scorer in six games, and leading rebounder five times…scored a career high 22 points in a 91-35 win at Brown Mackie CC.
 
Freshman (Johnson County (Kansas) CC) (2011-12): Appeared in all 35 games and started four in her first season with Johnson County CC…helped JCCC to a 32-3 overall record and an East Jayhawk Conference title…went 18-0 in conference…averaged 4.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.0 assist, and 17.5 minutes per game…led the East Jayhawk Conference in field-goal percentage with an percentage of .514…scored in double figures four times, and had 15 games of five points or more…started her college career with a season-high 16 points, and seven boards against William Penn…registered her first double-double in her third college game against cross-town rival Penn Valley…averaged 5.0 points and 2.7 rebounds in the NJCAA D-II National Tournament…shot a team best 58 percent at nationals.
 
Prep: Lettered four years for coach Torrence Allen at Sumner Academy High School in Kansas City, Kan…was a three-time Kansas City-Atchison League Player of the Year and twice selected as a Kansas Class 4A All-State performer…also named to the Kansas City Star’s All-Metro honorable mention team and selected to play in the Hy-Vee/Pepsi High School All-Star Challenge her senior year…helped the Sabres to a 14-8 record and a share of the Kansas City-Atchison League title, tying Schlagle with a 7-1 league record, after averaging team-highs in points (13.8), rebounds (7.0), steals (2.1) and blocks (1.3) her junior year…led her team to a perfect 10-0 record in the league her senior year, a first in league history…averaged 12.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 3.2 steals that season…averaged 12 points and 7.9 rebounds her sophomore year…scored in double figures 46 times over those three seasons…finished her career with 977 points, 494 rebounds, 122 assists, 66 blocks and 159 steals…also earned three varsity letters in volleyball…named all-KCAL her senior season.
