How It Happened
-The Hilltoppers took two of the three doubles matches to get started on the right foot. PAIGE RACHEL and Rafaela Hagele defeated their opponents at the number two position, 8-3. Francesca Chahor and KATHERINE SULLIVAN absolutely dominated their opponents at the number three position, 8-0.
-In singles play, the Hilltoppers dropped only one match. Chahor ended her day flawless with a 6-0, 6-0 victory at number five singles. Sullivan narrowly missed a perfect day, besting the opposition, 6-0, 6-1, at the number six position.
 
Beyond the Box Score
-Sullivan, who started the season, 2-2, has now won seven of her last 10 matches and is tied for second on the team with nine wins.
-Haegele won her eighth match in her last 10 tries and now has a team-best 11-2 record.
