AUSTIN, Texas — St. Edward's first baseman CONNOR COX earned another All-South Central Region First Team selection, the Division II Conference Commissioners Association announced. Pitcher CONNOR FREEMAN earned Second Team honors. 
 
Cox led the Hilltoppers with a .398 batting average, recording 68 hits, driving in 62 runs, and scoring 56. He compiled 13 home runs and 14 doubles, finishing with a .731 slugging percentage. He is the program's leader in career batting average (.396), hits (282), doubles (63, RBI (212), and total bases (453). 
 
This is his second D2CCA All-Region First Team selection. He also earned NCBWA All-Region First Team and All-LSC First Team honors this season. 
 
Freeman posted an 8-2 record in 14 starts with a 3.33 ERA in 75.2 innings pitched. He threw two complete games, including a nine-inning shutout, and won two LSC Pitcher of the Week awards and All-LSC First Team honors. He earned NCBWA All-Region First Team honors.
