Head Coach Kendall Brooks summarized her feelings toward the match by stating, "Today's match was definitely disappointing. We weren't able to get anything going and they didn't give us anything for free. They were the better team today for sure." However, she implored that her team to put the effort behind them, "We have to forget about today and get ready for tomorrow's match, and the rest of conference play."
