Club: Played for the Rogue Valley Soccer Club.

Prep: Lettered four years in soccer and three years in track/field for North Medford High School…earned honorable mention her freshman year on the soccer team…was voted to second-team all-conference her sophomore and senior seasons on the soccer team…her junior year she earned first-team all-conference…she finished her high school soccer career with 28 goals and 42 assists…was a track/field state qualifier for the 100 and 300 hurdles as well as the triple jump in 2009, 2010, and 2011…was a member of the Buddy Program and the Speech and Debate team.

Personal: Amber Louise Black was born on April 6, 1994…daughter of Robert and Cherise Black of Medford, Ore.…has one sibling: Skyler…an environment science major with a career objective to save the whales in the ocean…an outdoor activist whose hobbies include hiking, kayaking, and skiing…her biggest athletic thrill came during her junior year in high school when she headed in the game-winning goal against West Linn during the second round of the playoffs.
