·      Heartland Conference Defensive Player of the Year (2009-10)---St. Mary’s
 
Junior (St. Mary’s (Texas)) (2010-11): In his final year with the Rattlers, he saw action in 25 games while starting 24…averaged 7.0 points per contest while shooting 42 percent from the field…shot 45 percent from behind the arc, connecting on 18 of his 40 attempts.
 
Sophomore (St. Mary’s (Texas)) (2009-10): The defensive specialist saw action in 30 games while starting in three for the Rattlers…averaged 3.5 points per game while shooting 38 percent from the field…finished the season third on the team with three point field goals made and three point field goals attempted.
 
Freshman (St. Mary’s (Texas)) (2008-09): In his first year, he played 28 games while starting 13 for the Rattlers…averaged 6.5 points per game shooting 41 percent from the field.
 
Prep: A multi-sport athlete at Allen High School…competed three years on the basketball team…he led the team in scoring in 2006-07 and 2007-08…was also awarded the team MVP for both seasons…earned second-team all-district honors in 2006-07…in 2007-08, he earned a spot on the all-district first-team and all-county team…also lettered in soccer…was a member of the Student Council.
 
Personal: Jeffrey Michael Campbell was born on Feb. 19, 1990…son of Thester and Debra Campbell of Allen, Texas…has two siblings: Jason (27) and Tia (25)…a graduate student, who plans to earn his M.B.A. with career hopes of becoming a financial consultant…already has a degree in Corporate Finance from St. Mary’s.
