Redshirt Junior (2016): Started all 58 games for the Hilltoppers in right field…finished second in the Heartland Conference in slugging percentage (.667), RBI (59), doubles (20), and home runs (15)…produced a .333 batting average with 69 hits…was 7-for-9 on the basepaths…went 4-for-4 with four home runs and six RBI in a victory over Oklahoma Christian (3/14)…had a game-tying home run in the ninth inning and a walk-off home run in a come-from-behind victory over Newman (5/7) in the regular season finale.
 
Junior (2015) (Sam Houston State): Redshirted the season for the Bearkats.
 
Sophomore (2014) (Alvin CC): Batted .346 with 30 RBI and 35 runs scored…Hit 15 doubles, three triples, and a homerun…stole 14 bases.
 
Freshman (2013) (Sam Houston State): Appeared in 28 games and started 20 in 2013 for the Bearkats…batted .293 with 14 runs and 19 RBI…hit six doubles and a homerun…finished the season 5-for-6 on stolen bases.
 
Prep: All-Greater Houston and All-District outfielder for coach Eric Matthews at Atascocita High School...led squad to district championship...hit .412 with 22 RBIs as junior...played club baseball for Houston Kyle Chapman...also ran track in high school.

Personal: Joins twin brother Juan transferring in from Sam Houston State… majoring in kinesiology.
