St. Edward's University Athletics

Junior (2016) (West Virginia): Played for head coach Randy Mazey at West Virginia…made 12 appearances out of the bullpen for the Mountaineers, registering 18.2 innings…recorded a 3.38 ERA with a 1-0 record, while striking out 25 batters and holding opposing hitters to a .176 batting average against.
 
Sophomore (2015) (West Virginia): Played for head coach Randy Mazey at West Virginia…made six appearances while tossing 4.2 innings of work…had a 3.86 ERA with nine strikeouts and two walks…helped lead team to 27-27 record.
 
Freshman (2014) (Weatherford JC): Played for head coach Jeff Lightfoot at Weatherford College…posted a 3-1 record with one save and a 4.50 ERA…struck out 50 batters in 49.0 innings of work, while leading his team to a 31-24 record.
 
Prep: Played for head coach Adam Foster at Georgetown High School…made 10 appearances his senior season, going 4-2 with a 3.03 ERA, while striking out 28 in 34.2 innings of work…was also named all-state as a defensive back on the football team.

Personal: Brandon Cheyne Boone was born Oct. 26, 1994…son of Robin and Sarah Boone…has one sibling: Hunter (18)…plans to major in international business…enjoys golf and ping pong.
