St. Edward's Athletics Hall of Fame
Alyssia Palacios-Woods was a four-year letterwinner for the Hilltoppers from 2002 to 2005. She helped lead St. Edward’s to two Heartland Conference titles, national rankings in all four years, and a NCAA appearance in all four season she was on the team. Palacios-Woods was a four-year all-Heartland Conference selection and was the Heartland Conference Player of the Year once and the Senior of the Year another. She is first in career doubles victories (68) and second all-time in singles victories (62). The Corpus Christi, Texas, native, was named to the Dean’s List and Heartland Conference President’s Honor Roll every year at St. Edward’s. She was also named the SEU Female Senior Athlete of the Year in 2005 and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
