St. Edward's Athletics Hall of Fame
Jennifer McNeil started the women's golf program at St. Edward's and built it into a consistent national contender. Since its first season in 2003-04, McNeil guided the Hilltoppers to seven conference championships and 14 consecutive appearances in the NCAA West Regional Championship.
After a fifth place finish at the NCAA National Championship in 2011, McNeil led St. Edward's to an NCAA Regional Championship and fourth place finish at the NCAA National Championship in 2013.
McNeil has coached her golfers to ten All-America honors, nine All-Region selections and 49 All-Conference honors during her tenure in addition to nine Heartland Conference Golfer of the Year honorees.
Individually, McNeil was the NCGA DII National Coach of the Year in 2011, the first National Coach of the Year honor in any sport at St. Edward's. McNeil earned Heartland Conference Coach of the Year eight times and was named NCAA West Region Coach of the Year six times. In addition, as the men's head golf coach in 2004-05, she was named the Heartland Conference Coach of the Year.
